Contract work done for a Chinese Company (CHINA) .Istanbul,Turkey Factory Manager / General Coordinator for Turkey. The first phase construction-Installation Company (start-up). Determining the general policy of the company, ensuring all managed within the company's revenue and expense budget. Company reports in line with the objectives, and done regularly to be presented to board of directors. Deciding either to the investment decision regarding the development of the company, making the long and medium-term plans, and monitoring the progress made in budget projections.


Effective sales to countries in Africa, Middle East, Balkans, Europe and the Turkish Republics of various products. Made  research  for  importation  at  regions  of  Far  East  (China,  India,  Malaysia,  Singapore), Europe, Africa and in Middle East for petro-chemical and chemical products Created brands for new line of products in the oil industry, FMCG products, and electronics. Consultancy was done to various companies in foreign trade  issues, and to international sales.

Responsible from all foreign trade activities in the firm. Made strategic target planning for the firm in one year, three year and five year programs. In the  first  six  months  yearly  sale targets were reached, and in the end of third year 22 different country distributorships were made. Inward processing license (DIIB), currency exchange regulations, Letter of Credit operations and foreign trade (imports + exports) budget formation and management. International sales and purchase agreements, the  preparation,  organization  and  analysis.  OEM  business;  preparation of analysis, marketing, and agreements for adopting it into the company organization.
