Determining the general policy of the company, ensuring all managed within the company's revenue and expense budget. Company reports in line with the objectives, and done regularly to be presented to board of directors. Deciding either to the investment decision regarding the development of the company, making the long and medium-term plans, and monitoring the progress made in budget projections.

In the first six months yearly sale targets were reached, and in the end of third year 22 different country distributorships were made. Inward processing license (DIIB), currency exchange regulations, Letter of Credit operations and foreign trade (imports + exports) budget formation and management. International sales and purchase agreements, the preparation, organization and analysis. OEM business; preparation of analysis, marketing, and agreements for adopting it into the company organization.
